Stress can be caused by imbalances in physical, psychological, and emotional habits, as well as lifestyle.

Restoring balance at a physical level, with physical exercise and a balanced diet, is fundamental to the issue of stress, as the intestines, mind, and emotions are closely linked.

Conscious breathing and presence are fundamental to realizing what each situation is causing, not responding, and living on autopilot, which is both a cause and a symptom of stress.

A few minutes of daily meditation practice has been scientifically proven to alter the flow of thoughts about the past or future, reducing worry and anxiety. It also alters the automatic emotional response and allows us to work on fear and control, major stress factors.

Creativity is fundamental in stress management: as a decompressant, it strengthens focus and as a creative meditation, it simultaneously works on creativity and the flexibility of the mind in stressful situations.

Finally, the relationship with nature, and breathing in nature, are fundamental therapies for stress management, which also allow for a change of pace and greater awareness and presence of what surrounds us and what is happening inside.

  • Conscious Breathing

Conscious breathing means paying attention to the rhythm of your breath, the movements of inhaling and exhaling, without thinking about anything else, and in this way reducing stress levels and promoting relaxation of mind and body. One of its main advantages is that it can be practiced anywhere and at any time, whether you're at work, at home, or in a public space.

  • Meditation / Mindfulness

The regular practice of meditation and Mindfulness has been shown to improve emotional regulation. It helps you cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness, allowing you to observe and understand your thoughts and emotions without being overwhelmed by them. This awareness allows you to respond to stress factors more calmly and peacefully.

  • Presence

The state of presence reduces symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other health imbalances. Training the mind to stay focussed on the present moment, strengthens the ability to concentrate on each moment, on an action, which allows for much greater self-awareness and greater energy return, as there is no dispersion of the mind.

  • Chi Kung

ChiKung is a practice that originated in ancient China, based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which combines movement, meditation, and regulated breathing techniques to cultivate and balance the body's vital energy, known as "Chi". Its practice calms the mind, reduces stress and promotes relaxation, increases energy levels, combats fatigue, and improves general vitality.

  • Creativity

Artistic expression and creativity, as well as promoting concentration and meditation on action, allow us to leave the rational world behind and work on our intuition. Creative painting, writing, or dance exercises develop mental flexibility, expand the mind, and allow you to discover new, more intuitive ways of finding solutions to everyday situations.

  • Connecting with Nature

Connecting with nature presently and consciously, walking in nature (walking meditation) observing the world around you and the little things that sometimes go unnoticed, and being grateful for the wonder that nature gives us and living according to its natural rhythms.

  • Healthy eating

Healthy eating is about eating a balanced and healthy diet, knowing which foods help to combat stress and which foods to avoid. It also means being more aware of what you eat, appreciating what you eat, paying attention to the signs of hunger and satiety, and understanding your relationship with food in times of stress.

  • Sleep

Sleep plays a crucial role in stress management and general well-being. Stress has a negative impact on our sleep, and insufficient sleep can further contribute to increased stress levels. Therefore, prioritizing healthy sleep habits is essential for effective stress management.
